With deep FP&A and M&A experience, Felipe advises CEOs and founders on aligning financial planning with long-term strategy, supporting capital raises, scenario modeling, and exit readiness.
Co-founder and former CFO of Beleza na Web, a leading Brazilian cosmetics e-commerce platform backed by Tiger Global, later acquired by Grupo Boticário, the largest beauty group in Latin America, with $4.6 billion in revenue.
Board member and advisor to several startups, including Medway, a leading health edtech company in Brazil backed by SoftBank.
Felipe began his career in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs, advising on M&A and capital markets transactions. Holds dual degrees in Industrial Engineering from the University of São Paulo (Brazil) and École Centrale (France).
